We are seeking adynamic and resultsoriented Associate in Partner Acquisition with13 years of lead generation onboarding experience in SAAS or alliedindustries. The Associate will be reporting to AVP Channels andwould be responsible for growing our Partner base. The idealcandidate will have 13 years of industry experience in SAAS orrelated industries with a proven track record of onboarding ChannelPartners and achieving targets. This role requires a deepunderstanding of the SAAS landscape and the ability to navigatecomplex Partner environments. He/She will be responsible foroverseeing all Partner related activities before the Partner isassigned a ChannelManager.
KeyResponsibilities

  1. ScoutingandProspecting:
  • Identifypotential channel partners through market research andnetworking.
  • Conductoutreach and establish initial contact with prospectivepartners.

  1. Engagementand RelationshipBuilding:
  • Developand nurture relationships with potential and existingpartners.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless communication andalignment.

  1. Onboarding:
  • Leadthe onboarding process for new channel partners ensuring a smoothtransition into ourecosystem.
  • Providenecessary training and resources to partners for effectivecollaboration.

  1. MarketingPlanning:
  • Workclosely with the Marketing team to devise plans for partneracquisition andengagement.
  • Contributeinsights and feedback to optimize the overall partnerprogram.

  1. PerformanceTracking:
  • Implementand manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate partnersuccess andcontribution.
  • Regularlyassess partner performance and address any challenges orconcerns.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree
  • 13years of experience in partner or customer acquisition preferablyin SAAS or alliedindustries.
  • Proventrack record of successfully scouting engaging and onboardingchannelpartners.
  • 360degreeunderstanding of handling channel partners and driving mutuallybeneficialrelationships.
  • Fluentin English and Hindi; proficiency in a vernacular language is aplus.
  • Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills.
  • Strongorganizational and project managementabilities.
  • Familiaritywith SAAS industry trends and marketdynamics.
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Abilityto manage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines.
  • Proficientin using CRM tools and other supportrelatedsoftware.
