Job Description
Senior Change Manager – ensure proper communication and change management at different levels of organization. Map stakeholders, prepare comms and change plan per countries and global level, ensure proper engagement.

Align with other Project change managers on communication and change elements, so we do not duplicate effort and overwhelm organization.

Service Now implementation – SNOW is CRM system used by HR Service team as well as other functions like IT, Procurement.

Its ticketing tool which provides guidance to associates to solve their issues via Knowledge articles, virtual chat and if not support by agents in service organization.

We are implementing own solution build based on out of box SNOW solution which scopes dispatching model, operating model, service catalogue, knowledge articles, reporting etc.

We are looking for resources to support implementation within HR.

  • General role description o Build Change plan
o Based on project milestones, scope and deliverables, support Project team in design, implementation and execution of change management and
communication activities across P&O Organization
o Closely partner with Project team and country representatives, to ensure proper information sharing.
o Propose Change & Communication governance scoping P&O Transformation which will ensure regular dissemination of information across P&O
o Build knowledge of the projects, stakeholders and deliverables
o Design Change forums, through which news and updates will be shared. This can be managed in different forms.
o Build change advocates handbook which will be used for standard communication and change management approach for all countries in scope

  • Daily Tasks - participate on the meetings, collect minutes, decisions and next steps, prepare appropriate communication and share it
according to change plan and governance

  • Requirements: language, education, technical skills, software skills, soft skills, ideal previous experience - English, strong change
management and communication experience, experience in usage different communication platforms – mails, sharepoint, digital solutions, MS
Teams, proficiency level in writing and preparation of presentations, materials
Requirements o Build change plan

To manage the P&O function within a complex organization (non-strategic TechOps site, Global Function or similar) or multi-country organization. To be responsible for implementing a broad range of P&O activities for the supported customer group. Typically leads the P&O function in a small revenue organization with ? 100 employees or experienced senior P&O BP responsible for a complex client group within a global unit / region/ very large country
