Job Description
Senior SAP Organisational Change Manager - Brussels - 12 months
Our important client is currently looking for a Senior SAP Organisational Change Manager for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable.
Please find the spec below: 
• Provides direct support and coaching to all levels from Teamleads to Executives
• Brings improvements to the change methodologies used 
• Actively works to embed change management in the organisation
• Supports project team in integrating change activities into their project plans
• Works out the details of the chosen Change Management strategy together with fellow change managers (ADKAR methodology) - in line with the defined change strategy;
• Defines actions based on the impact analysis and stakeholder analysis and defends these to the project managers
• Prepare change and communication plans, and at the initial project phase also immediately set up the agreed channels and implement communications. Supporting/supervising and monitoring the change managers of our implementation partners.
• Defining and monitoring risks and problems and timely escalations to management of project and/or partners. Searches for solutions with the project team and discusses with project management and implementation partners.
• Conducts impact analyses (process, governance, organisation, culture, technology), or reviews implementation partners' analyses.
• Assesses the change environment (past exposure to change, past project track records, best practices and do's & don'ts), and guides implementation partners.
• Identifies key stakeholders, or assists/validates them from our implementation partners.
• Identifies, analyses and prepares risk mitigation tactics (whether or not in collaboration with the implementation partner);
• Identifies and manages resistance in cooperation with the implementation partners and project management
• Defines or validates business roles/authorities, responsibilities, of the implementation partner - with or without the use of change, process, learning management tools.
• Supports project closing meetings and documents lessons learned
• Validates handover to the business and support Teams (internal or external) and ensures necessary documentation and training is provided.
Requirements Knowledge and complexity
• Knowledge level Master or equivalent through experience
• At least 10 years' experience in a change management role with SAP applications
• Extensive knowledge of the specific field/service provision
• Knowledge of the structure and internal (working) procedures of the organisation
• General knowledge of current soft- and hardware
• Thorough knowledge of specific ICT programmes (translation support)
• Thorough knowledge of change processes within large organisations
• Thorough knowledge of principles and tools for change management (e.g. ADKAR)
Problem solving
• Being able to continuously keep oneself informed of evolutions and developments in the field of learning & change management
• Being able to look critically at one's own operation and identify and apply lessons learned
• Works in the project core team to define and implement the change, learning and communication strategy
• Is independent in stakeholder management: identifying stakeholders, formulating appropriate approaches to use stakeholders as change agents and guiding them in that role
• Is bound by budget, process documents and the change management methodology
• Ensures that change management teams of implementation partners adhere to the project strategies and checks the quality of the delivered OCM services.
