The Role

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our organization. This internship offers a hands-on experience in the dynamic field of talent acquisition, providing exposure to various aspects of the hiring process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and engage potential candidates, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.

Assist in building a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and reaching out to passive candidates.

2. Screening and Evaluation:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with position requirements.

3. Interview Coordination:

Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information and support throughout the interview process.

4. Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and provide insights for continuous improvement.

5. Employer Branding:

Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Support the creation of engaging and informative content for recruitment marketing.

6. Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Ideal Profile

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
