Product and Portfolio management:
o Develop Strategic roadmap for Personal Loans and drive delivery on all P&L metrics
o Design new product variants include business case preparation and roll-out to field
o Drive and manage all product performance metrics for Personal Loans
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably
o Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on continuously improving Product and processes
o Conducting market research and identify potential products and best practices
