Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Managers for North and West India with a solid background in Doctor channels within the pharmaceutical industry. The perfect candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of sales experience, a profound understanding of the healthcare sector, and the capability to work autonomously in their assigned area. This role entails implementing strategic sales strategies, advocating for our innovative app-based products, and boosting sales through direct interactions with doctors, notably oncologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies in the market field to reach sales targets.
  • Doctor Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with doctors, especially oncologists, to endorse and sell our app-based mental health solutions.
  • Daily Doctor Visits: Meet with 6 to 8 specialty doctors daily, demonstrating and advertising our products to boost sales.
  • Product Promotion: Persuade doctors of the advantages of our innovative mental health solutions and motivate them to adopt and recommend our app-based products.
  • Market Knowledge: Utilize extensive area knowledge to recognize and leverage sales opportunities.
  • List Management: Establish and upkeep a comprehensive list of oncologists and other specialty doctors within the area.
  • Independent Work: Operate independently in the designated area, showcasing strong self-motivation and the capacity to achieve sales objectives without direct supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Sc. or B.Pharmacy degree.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the Doctor channel within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in Oncology Products or Division.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and convincing skills, ability to work independently, strong area knowledge.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages specific to the region.
  • Budget: Negotiable based on the candidate's experience and last drawn salary.
  • Location: North India (Delhi, Indore, Chandigarh, Lucknow, etc) and West India (Mumbai, Pune, Goa, etc)
