Job Description:
This is a contract remote role for a Senior Sales Manager. We seek a highly motivated and driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and forecasting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing US-based clients in the construction industry. This remote position requires excellent English communication skills and the availability to work evening/night shifts to cater to US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of our US client base by identifying and targeting potential clients in the construction industry.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads through strategic outreach efforts, leveraging calls, emails, and meetings to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Champion our solutions to prospective clients, tailoring presentations and proposals to showcase how our services can address their specific needs and challenges.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to refine sales strategies and seize new business opportunities.
- Create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals in collaboration with the marketing team to support sales efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of sales strategies and processes to drive business growth and exceed targets.
- Hire and manage a sales team as needed to support business growth and expansion efforts.
Requirements:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on acquiring US-based clients in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work night shifts to accommodate US time zones.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in sales tools and software such as CRM and Salesforce Sales.
- Experience in project management or the construction industry is a plus.
Reporting Structure:
The Senior Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Partner/Director of the company.
