We're Looking For A Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition and a proven track record of success in technical recruiting, with over 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our talent acquisition department, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent for our consulting firm.

You will work side by side with technical leadership, our sales team and our leadership team to actively source, recruit, and onboard the best Architects, Front End/Backend Engineers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Mobile Engineers, and UX/UI Designers.

What will you own?

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and selling the company to interviewing and negotiating/closing offers with bar-raising technical consultants across various consulting practice areas.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Understand not just the roles we work on but the engagements and clients as a whole.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future openings. Anticipate the needs of engagements and maintain a virtual bench accordingly.
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments to vet candidates' skills, experience, and technical fit.
  • Understand and anticipate potential blockers to ensure all candidates are properly fit for the role and onboarded in a timely fashion
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire, and work to improve metrics across the team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and expertise on technical recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to utilize sophisticated Boolean search and x-ray techniques to identify and connect with top-tier technical talent. Ability to tap into your network and uncover hidden gems will set you apart in this role. Ability to utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top technical talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the recruitment team, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their development.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 8-20 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top technical talent in US geography.
  • Established network in the tech industry, with connections to top-tier talent and industry professionals.
  • Experience in digital transformation product consultancy and a deep understanding of the fintech landscape.
  • Proven track record of validating priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines, with a keen focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party recruitment agencies, if needed, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and competencies relevant to the information technology sector, with the ability to assess candidate proficiency across various skillsets and verticals.
  • Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. Ability to adapt to new applicant tracking systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving hiring goals.
