Job Description: ( Recruiter should be good in Vendor management & tools)
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT staffing, focusing on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions and ensuring seamless client hiring. Your expertise in stakeholder management and data management will be crucial in delivering outstanding recruitment solutions and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and deliver high-quality candidates that match their requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client data in the recruitment management system, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in IT staffing, with a strong background in recruiting for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, with a track record of successful client engagement and satisfaction.
Data Management: Proficient in data management, with the ability to handle and analyze recruitment data to drive strategic decisions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and team members.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of IT roles and technologies to effectively assess candidate suitability and engage with technical clients.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment and adapt to changing recruitment needs.
