Job Description:
- Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
- Proven track record executing multifaceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. And most importantly a Customer First Mindset.
Qualifications:
- The Field Marketing Executive role works with campaign managers, sales teams, and operations teams to optimize key areas of Demand Generation.
- He/she should be capable of rapid learning, ability to stretch and take on complex assignments of significantly larger scope and Exhibit passion, energy and ambition.
- Demonstrate self confidence influencing key stakeholders to get the job done
- Comprehensive understanding of Modern Marketing technologies and methodologies including:
- Marketing Automation (preferably Eloqua).
- CRM systems (preferably Oracle CRM).
- Lead flow automation architecture concepts such as Lead Scoring, triggered campaigns, predictive scoring, propensity modeling.
- Microsite & landing page design concepts and technologies.
- Audience segmentation analysis and tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently with mínimal supervision.
