Established in FY24, the Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) Asia regional team focuses on creating scalability and consistency in areas such as Solution Area Go To Market, Business & Sales Operations, and Central Marketing Organization. The SE&O team plays a crucial role in transforming Microsoft's commercial strategy into a regional action plan, striving for operational excellence by ensuring consistency, agility, and accountability in Asia.

As the Field Integrated Marketing Manager Lead (India), you will lead a team of modern marketers, coordinating integrated marketing plans across solution plays, segments, and target audiences. You will drive the regional adoption of Global platforms and programs, enhancing customer experiences and creating marketing signals to support our sellers.

Your role involves establishing a digital-first culture, positioning CMO Asia as a key driver of business growth and customer engagement. By leveraging digital technologies and nurturing a digital mindset, you will empower your team to navigate the evolving digital landscape effectively and achieve marketing goals with greater impact and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess profound business acumen, extensive marketing expertise, strong leadership skills to guide field marketers, and the ability to collaborate effectively with GTM and sales leaders. This dynamic leadership role requires agility, pragmatism, strategic thinking, and the adept utilization of global programs to deliver optimal solutions for our customers.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work up to 50% remotely.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of integrated marketing experience (e.g., campaign planning, digital marketing), event management, program management, or related fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of integrated marketing experience, event management, program management, or related fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • Integrated Marketing Planning - Orchestrating local marketing plans aligned with the business strategy and priorities for India, leveraging market and customer insights to drive impact
  • Integrated Marketing Execution - Overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies in India and promoting a digital-first culture
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilizing data and insights to drive high-performance marketing, inspiring actions based on marketing signals and data
  • Marketing Operations - Ensuring operational rigor and compliance, managing marketing budgets, and fostering accountability
  • People Management - Leading and developing a field marketing team, driving change management and resolution of complex issues
