Job Responsibilities:

  • Growth
  • Devise and implement strategies to drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for NBBL's B2B product.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders - product, marketing, technology, certification, risk, legal - to introduce new features or products that facilitate growth while enhancing user experience.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and product experience.
  • Accountable for the success and attainment of targets (P&L, customer onboarding, activation) for the assigned category.
  • Relationship Management
  • Lead and cultivate relationships with Banks, PA/PGs, TSPs associated with NBBL for the B2B product.
  • Foster strong customer-centric values within the organization and with clients.
  • Address customer needs promptly and develop effective closure plans.
  • Identify key personnel in client organizations to nurture profitable relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and competition.
  • Product Enablement
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Develop business models and compelling presentations outlining the value proposition for product pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new prospects and existing players on NBBL products like RuPay, UPI, IMPS, AePS, among others.
  • Oversee and execute multiple onboarding and go-live projects concurrently in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and share dashboards and reports with management on a regular basis for successful rollout.

New Initiatives:

  • Identify new use cases and markets with existing and prospective clients to broaden the scope of NBBL products.
  • Engage various internal stakeholders to finalize new concepts and applications.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in the Payments sector in a similar role (product/relationship management/certification).
  • Customer-centric and analytical to influence decision-making.
  • Driven, results-oriented individual with a focus on closures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to drive business goals and consensus.
  • Thorough understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in developing and managing payment products/platforms is a plus.
  • Background in banking/payments/fintech is desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word (mandatory).
