Position Summary
The Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by nurturing positive relationships with assigned customers and internal stakeholders throughout the post-order life cycle, from order booking to payment collection. Responsibilities include:
  • Drive customer intimacy through market feedback analysis
  • Enhance customer satisfaction levels
  • Effectively manage and lead the customer service team to achieve KPIs
  • Responsible for order booking and cancellation processes
  • Ensure accuracy of sales order booking in ERP systems
  • Participate in internal order review processes
  • Oversee dispatch coordination and documentation control
  • Handle post-order customer queries and complaints
  • Facilitate open communication within the team
  • Generate and monitor reports as required
  • Work with various systems and customer portals
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in proactive customer service and inside sales
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis
  • Effective project management abilities
  • Analytical and solution-driven mindset
  • Ability to communicate across different mediums and audiences
  • Ownership mentality and task follow-through
  • Familiarity with customer web portals and OEM experiences
  • Knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and relevant tools
  • Engineering Graduate with Mechanical specialization or Diploma with MBA
  • 10-12 years of experience in Customer Service/Inside Sales/Project Management
  • Experience with international customers is a plus
