Position description:

Understand and translate employee transformation needs into implementable digital solutions to enable enhanced employee experience

Research and onboard New tech/New gen HR digital solutions in alignment with existing Hr Tech stack.

Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new tech processes

Define future state digital HR ecosystems of technologies (HCM/Experience platforms and best-of-breed/AI solutions) with the associated roadmap.

Bring functional expertise and market insights to HR tech fratenity in specific domains (e.g. talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, learning, etc.)

Deliver Digital HR Transformation programs, supporting the design and deploying of an integrated HCM Core

Actively participate in project implementation of new systems, upgrades, and/or integrations.


Support and maintain existing integrations and other system maintenance by working closely with external vendors and internal team to ensure systems are aligned.

Stay up to date with trends and developments within people analytics as well as HR technology and integration solutions.

Provide timely, first level support for troubleshooting all HR technology system issues from employees and various end users with high quality service

Manage the team of Data Engineers responsible for creating, storing and connecting data in Azure cloud enabling HR tech to be cloud first

Demonstrated success in contributing to a collaborative (HR teams) and distributed delivery environment (Tech teams)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR leaders to determine data analytics needs to build BI solutions from various systems that can be transformed into dashboards to support business goals through data. The expectation is
  • Identify and foster people analytics champions and partners throughout the People Team and broader organization.
  • Articulate and execute data and analytics vision in HR function across employee lifecycle.
  • 710 or more years of experience in delivery of HR Digital transformation as well as people analytics
  • Working knowledge of HR information systems including integration with multiple tech systems for Core HCM
  • Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects aligned to agile framework.
  • Understanding of HR operations and change management and a SME in the same

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Exposure to Full stack development in Web technology
  • Working knowledge of BI and AI products
