Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about digital sales to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling digital services including websites, affiliate marketing, SEO, SMO, videos, and iOS/Android apps.

This role offers the opportunity to grow with the agency in a dynamic environment and play a key role in its success.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a successful business development strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
Achieve revenue and margin targets by winning new business.
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into projects and accounts.
Build and nurture relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India.
Write compelling business proposals and pitch them to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to conversion.
Represent the agency at events and conferences, effectively networking and promoting the company.

Requirements:
Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations.
Strong network of contacts in the industry to develop new business opportunities.

Excellent understanding of digital services and their benefits for clients.3-4 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector.

Proficiency in proposal writing, presentation, and pitching.
Motivated and focused individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree or MBA.
