Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - B2B Plastic Sales.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for daily sales operations, business planning, and customer service in the B2B sector specifically in the International recycling industry .

They will analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, communicate with clients, and ensure the smooth operation of sales activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential clients in the International Market.

Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share within the plastics recycling industry.

Make effective presentations with industry partnersFollow up with leads with diplomatic persistencyOversee a smooth sampling process with clientsOversee the line trialing and validation of new material with clientsManage sales funnel in CRM toolEngage with clients at trade showsVisit manufacturer during the line trialNurture customer relationship and ensure customer happiness

Skills & Expertise:
Bachelor's degree.

Master's degree is a plus5 to 10 years of experience in the plastics recycling industry along with progressive general management responsibilities in a high-paced rapid growth environmentDeep understanding of the plastics recycling market, including knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and key players.

Sales / Customer relationship managementExperience and success in preparing for, negotiatingSupply chain management experience and demonstration of proven ROI.Detailed Understanding of plastics and plastic packagingAttention to detail when calling operational processes, both internally and with external partnersManaging multiple projects in a manner that focuses the team and drives resultsExcellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership teamPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of Plastics For ChangeFluent in English.

In addition, Hindi and Kannada would be an advantage
