PFC Description

Job Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate - Design. The Associate - Design will be in charge of developing visually captivating designs and illustrations for diverse marketing campaigns, sales materials, and presentations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create product mockups and prototypes for presentation and feedback.
  • Incorporate current market trends into design concepts for a fresh and attractive merchandise collection.
  • Develop original illustrations for merchandise, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
  • Enhance and modify existing illustrations as necessary.
  • Support the Merchandise and Marketing team with artwork, presentations, and branding needs.
  • Contribute to the design process through innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Stay Updated on Design Trends:

  • Keep abreast of the latest graphic and merchandise design trends and advancements.
  • Continuously enhance design skills and stay informed about the newest design techniques and tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Efficiently organize and manage design files.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of all designs for easy access.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background – Degree in Fashion Design, preferably NIFT
  • Experience – 3 to 6 years in the design field
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software to produce top-notch graphics.
  • Impressive portfolio demonstrating creative and varied illustration and merchandise design work.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Access to personal laptop and tablet with necessary software for digital illustration.
