Responsibilities:1. Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referrals2. Guide and cultivate the Business Development Team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement3. Set revenue and goals for the BD team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines5.
