A Regional Head is responsible for the sale of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area. He / She provides ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service. A regional Head ensures profitable growth in sales with an average margin of 25 lakhs and above, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.

- Attrition - Less than 10%

Role Requirements:

- Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, NCFM

- Experience: 12+ Years in Broking Industry, handled a team of advisors and branch sales

- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to capital markets

- IT Skills: MS Office, back office applications
