Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and outcome-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The perfect candidate will be tasked with spotting new business prospects, establishing and nurturing solid relationships with institutional clients, and boosting revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to enhance sales growth in the institutional sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients, such as corporate entities, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.
  • Comprehend the distinct needs and obstacles of institutional clients and devise personalized solutions to fulfill their demands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client requirements and objectives.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Engage in negotiations for contracts and agreements with clients, securing mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, encompassing pipeline development, revenue targets, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to pinpoint fresh business opportunities.

Salary Range: 3 LPA - 5 LPA
