Company DescriptionWebware is a dynamic and rapidly growing digital marketing automation platform that has established itself as a leader in North American market with a strong support team based out of Goa, India.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with a minimum of 12-15 years of expertise in managing financial operations for high-growth companies in India.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian regulations, compliance, and statutory requirements, with added proficiency in international inter-company finance management and transfer pricing.

Responsibilities:1) Financial statement preparation & ReportingEnsure the timely data updating in the accounting software.
Salary processing from HROne.
Preparing Financial statements on the actuals on Monthly basis.
Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

2) Budgeting & ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to set realistic and achievable financial targets.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial forecasts to guide business decisions.

3) Tax Planning and ComplianceResponsible for all the Statutory payments.

To align this work responsible to maintain the data for the monthly/ Quarterly / Half Yearly /Yearly in required formats.

Responsible for TDS Calculation and to maintain the supporting documents with reference to the deduction amount, including Staff and Vendor's.

Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance and areas for improvement.
Planning of Company's Profits as per the statutory guidelines.

4) Cash Flow ManagementMonitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met.

5) Financial ComplianceMaintain records as per local and international accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations on inter-company transactions.
Process knowledge and experience in managing transfer pricing policies and compliance.
Lead the preparation for and coordination of external audits.

6) Internal controls and risk ManagementStay informed about industry and market changes that may impact financial stability.
Evaluate and enhance financial systems, processes, and internal controls for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions that improve financial operations.

7) Cost OptimizationAnalyze costs and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
Provide recommendations to department heads for budget adjustments as needed.

8) Cross – Functional CollaborationWork closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide support.
Foster a culture of financial accountability and awareness across the organization.


This is a full-time role for an Accounts Manager at As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

This is a hybrid role, located in Panaji, with flexibility for some remote work.

QualificationsProven experience as an Finance Manager or similar roleStrong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the AI digital marketing industry is a plus
