Livspace has showcased phenomenal growth since its launch, having delivered over 125,000 rooms and selling over 7.5 million SKUs through its platform. For more information, please visit: Job Description We're in search of an Inside Sales Team Lead to spearhead our Inside Sales Team . This role is pivotal in identifying potential customers, gathering feedback, and nurturing leads for generating referrals . If you have a knack for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want you on our team Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Develop and lead a team of inside sales agents to exceed city-level targets and individual OKRs. Agent Development: Continuously coach and develop team members to enhance their performance and professionalism. Productivity Metrics: Monitor and ensure achievement of key productivity metrics such as call volume and MQLs for each team member. Leads Pipeline Management: Assess leads pipeline for each executive and prioritize call tasks to maximize utilization of active leads. Experiment Tracking: Lead and track experiments/pilots to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes. Call Queue Management: Manage call queues in real-time to maintain input metric hygiene and optimize team performance. Schedule Adherence: Ensure adherence to schedules for every team member to maximize productivity. Job Requirement 5-7 years of relevant experience in inside sales. Strong aptitude for sales with exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Fluency in regional languages is a plus. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Leadership experience preferred. Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
