Job Description

Seeking a Marketing Operations professional who thrives on working with digital marketing tools and is eager to oversee end-to-end optimization and governance of marketing processes:

  • Experience in a data-focused marketing organization or significant involvement in day-to-day marketing team operations in a large company.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Hubspot, Social Analytics / Management tools like Sprout Social (especially LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in setting up demand generation and nurture campaigns, tracking marketing performance.
  • Collaboration with creative and development teams to prepare work for publication.
  • Passionate about finding creative solutions to operational challenges and ensuring smooth process operations.
  • Systematic and data-driven approach to project management for campaigns targeting internal and external audiences.

  • Participation in Epsilon's Growth Markets Marketing team to expand brand presence in new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to establish and analyze the performance of demand generation and nurture campaigns, such as email, LinkedIn, social media, roundtables, webinars, and events.
  • Manage internal campaign creation and deployment for associates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance to handle budgets, claims, partner onboarding, and vendor agreements.
  • Potential involvement in strategy and campaign development, including research, brief creation, creative work, and campaign message optimization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in campaign execution using Eloqua and Salesforce, with 1-5 years in a marketing, operations, finance role.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Operations.
  • Passion for technology and B2B marketing, strong attention to detail, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
