∙Creative Agency Management – Day to day discussions, follow-ups with our creative
agency on deliverables.
∙Lead and own the project of "Sourcing" at William Penn – where we need to promote
our products catalogue to different stylists, celebrity manager, and artists management
agencies
∙Develop and grow marketing IPs to build brand awareness and stay Top of Mind
∙New initiatives taken to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty
∙Deep-dive into analytics covering New vs Repeat, LFL, top consumer profiling,
purchase matrix, etc.

Requirements Skills we are looking for
∙Past exposure in the field of brand marketing is preferred.
∙High bias for action, with the judgement and drive to get things done and operate
in a fast-changing environment.
∙Operational discipline to manage multiple moving parts and multiple stakeholders
∙Learning mindset to keep absorbing and questioning the "why" behind decisions
and processes.
∙Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization
techniques.
∙Proficiency in Excel.
∙Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
∙Strong communication and presentation skills
