About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive at Fabulous Media, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a keen understanding of the advertising industry and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other creative methods of prospecting
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, their needs, and industry trends
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to generate leads and close deals
Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring the best outcome for both parties
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to effectively position our agency in the market
Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
