Requirements:- Experience: 6 Months
- Qualification: BE/BTech/BSc in IT or MSC in IT
- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work From Office)
- Notice Period: 15 Days
Role: Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description: Act as the interface between the client and the system or application, ensuring world-class system performance.
Must-Have Skills: Service Desk Management, SSI: Service Desk Voice Support NONSSI
Job Requirements:
- L1 Service Desk Call taking profile
- Respond to customer issues via voice, emails, and chat
- Identify, investigate, and diagnose issues
- Provide resolutions based on defined processes
- Follow incident lifecycle, categorize, document, and resolve issues
- Achieve defined targets
Technical Experience:
- Incident management and ticketing tools
- Knowledge of O365, MS Office Suite, Active Directory
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year in Service Desk domain supporting global customers
Professional Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- 24x7 Support availability
- 5-day workweek with 2 weekly offs
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree
