Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees, manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage conference room bookings, and maintain accurate calendars.
  • Escort visitors, ensure security compliance, provide guidance, and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly, manage internal and external correspondence, and ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and ensure proper functioning of audiovisual equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and departments, communicate effectively, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Prepare expense reports, manage office utility bills, ensure compliance with reimbursement policies, and provide guidance to employees.


Overall, the role requires good communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to efficiently manage various responsibilities and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Experience:

  • At least 2+ Years Experience in customer service, receptionist roles, or administrative positions.
