Open Position: Manager - Media Operations

Total work & relevant Experience: 3-5 years.

Preferably Candidate from any of the top 5 digital media agencies.

About the role:

As a Manager - Media Operations you will be responsible for the implementation, on-going

delivery and reporting of client media campaigns (across all channels of digital) and supporting the team in developing the short and long-term strategic direction and success for your client. You will also be responsible for the successful delivery of these campaigns – from campaign setup, optimization and management to the day-to-day reporting to client partners. The purpose of this role is to:-

1. Support delivery teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements

of the end -to -end client lifecycle, including onboarding through offboarding, as well as

campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.

2. Manages campaign timelines and delivers operational support in coordination with internal and

external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly

and to meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality

3. Engage and maintains close working relationship with all dentsu X client partners across all

brands

4. Partners with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related

to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses

5. Support brand partners through execution of operational activities involved in campaign

delivery

a. campaign setup,

b. traffic and launch and optimisation

c. Supports client and internal billing by approving client and intercompany invoices

d. Reconciles media delivered with supplier and resolves mismatched supplier invoices

and discrepancies within the designated timeframe

e. Creates client performance reports by extracting and consolidating data into agreed

reporting templates (e.g. post-buy report of media delivered and actual spend,

recorded in our media systems)

f. Provides additional operational support as needed

Other responsibilities include:


• Assist the Planning team and Client Partner / Director and Manager on the overall execution

and reporting of client campaigns – be it from a consumer, data, or performance perspective


• Responsible for support the planning team in reporting and trafficking is carried out to the

highest standards – as well as delivery of commentary, insights and actions to the client on a

daily, weekly and/or monthly basis


• Work to develop a solid understanding of the client's business, with emphasis on your area of

responsibility


• To up skill and guide new joiners and associates to ensure their technical development


• To ensure booking delivery is inline with booked parameters and any discrepancies are

resolved

A bit about you:

1. You're technically focused and have had exposure to digital, media tools & systems

2. Exposure to tools and platforms such as - Facebook business manger, Google ad words,

Search Ads 360 and Google analytics

3. You possess an ability to analyse data and articulate recommendations based on your findings

to your team members and leaders

4. Knowledge and experience in various approaches to project execution with an understanding

of the media industry

5. You're a strong communicator and have experience dealing with different stakeholders

6. You can be innovative and creative, flexible with your thinking and are adaptable to changing

situations

7. You're a big picture thinker Growth and professional development are important to you and
