JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position & Grade Area Sales/Business Manager
:Experience Minimum 4-5 years Sales experienceQualifications and requirement of the role**:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree / Qualification in Audiology (BASLP /MASLP) or MBA (Sales and Marketing). Strong business skills and analytical ability.
Job Specifications and responsibilities:
- Ownership to drive performance and profitability in the assigned clinics. Focus on enabling the team to deliver on excellent service delivery to the clients strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Drive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Create and drive business opportunities towards building a sustainable business in the assignedterritory. Commercial / Business inclination and a KPI driven mind. Excellent data management skills and deriving trends/patterns out of the same. Open to rigorous travel across the territory assigned and provide timely support / feedback to the team. Motivate the team, build trust and lead from the front. Foster innovation and strong ability to drive execution and meet the assigned results
- Act as a bridge between respective team and other functions for smooth clinical operations
