Highlights of the Digital Foundation Business Acquisition Group role:
- Growth & Strategy for Digital Foundation business around Network and Security Infrastructure Transformation
- Programs manage large complex deals in HCLTech – Cooperating with End Customers and Internal Stakeholders, ability to lead teams in a matrix environment.
- Ability to create customer facing value propositions and Sales narrative, ability to recognize business value from technology solutions
- Expertise in various business aspects to be a Business Leader with exposure of Enterprise Sales, Business, Technical, Commercial, Program and Contractual skills
- Career path to be a Business Leader with mentorship and interaction with senior leaders
- Exposure to Digital & Modern Strategy & technology Solutions such as Enterprise Networks, Telecom Networks, SD WAN, LAN, Network Security, Private 5G, ORAN, Optical Solutions
- Entry into a highly energetic team with exposure across all Geos and with a flat hierarchy
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Business Technology role to drive growth and share of Digital Platform & Infrastructure Foundation Services business
- Drive creating Joint Value propositions leveraging HCLTech and Partner Ecosystems
- Owning, anchoring and driving deals within Digital Foundation domain and integrated IT Outsourcing pursuits
- Support regional GTM plan to achieve annual targets
- Support mining new opportunities and engaging with customers
- Participate in Digital Foundation growth integrating ecosystem & cover business aspects
- Participate and support thought leadership in advising clients on modern solutions
- Collaboration with sales
- Stay updated with market and technology trends
- Key functional areas in Digital Platform & Infrastructure Foundation Services domain will be Business Development & business acquisition including bid management, Presales and solution design focusing on Nextgen and Digital IT Outsourcing services
- 4 key Dimensions to focus on will be – Customer Impact, Business, Technology Solutions & Commercials
- 6 Knowledge Areas will be Sales, Consulting, Operations, Transition, Transformation & Contracting
Skill Sets Required:
- Experience in IT Technology firms preferable Experience with Infrastructure Presales and solutions preferred
- Strong analytical skills and logic
- Knowledge of accounting and financials
- Career inclination towards Solutions and Sales Ability to Program Manage Large Sales cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication Creative, Outspoken and a Go-getter Attitude
- Established academic and previous job record
