Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for officerelated inquiries and concerns, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments, including scheduling, logistics, and followup.
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Proactively identify and address operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration, administrative assistance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer serviceoriented approach.
  • Resourcefulness and problemsolving skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to be on field and travel between locations, as needed.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow.
