Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gwalior for an H2I - Club Manager. The H2I - Club Manager will be responsible for managing club operations, including overseeing events, marketing, and sales, as well as organizing member engagement and member services.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or hospitality management, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of (3-5) years of (related experience/specific experience in managing clubs and related services)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff and lead a team effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with club management software and social media platforms is a plus
  • Experience in the fitness industry is not mandatory, but great communication and soft skills are.
