Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing the front office and handling all the business related communications of clients.
- Provide daily comprehensive support for sales staff, including managing the look & feel of display centre, monitoring administration work, preparing quotations, MOM's, reports etc.
- Capable of acquiring product knowledge and offer technical assistance to sales staff and clients
- Engage with clients to answer questions, resolve complaints, handle sales escalations, initiate followup on leads, and set up new accounts.
- Preparation of quotation, order processing/entry as and when required
- Prepare detailed monthly sales reports containing relevant information on agents, territories, quotas, inventories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events and annual celebrations for clients, executives, and/or sales personnel, including researching and booking venues, entertainment, and vendors
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum educational requirement, including a Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing, or in a related field. Auto Cad technical knowledge will be an added advantage
- Presentable, Excellent communication skills and the ability to oversee multiple clients
- Multitasking skills
- Should have experience in an administrative/Sales support role
