Manage the delivery teams working on multiple technologies acrossdata AI/ML LLM integration automation andanalytics.

Be the technology champion for customer and provide greatercontribution to develop and implement delivery strategiesmethodologies and best practices to optimize efficiency andeffectiveness.

Leverages business acumen and subject matterexpertise.

Works across the organization and maintains/builds strong workingrelationships based on experiences/pastinteractions.

Prioritize and plan complex task and deliver with consistentupdates withoutfollowup.

Participate in management meetings and present highlevelachievements challenges and roadmaps. Articulate well for growthand mitigate customescalations.

Whatyou llbring

Bachelors / master s degree (CSE or equivalent of CompSc)

15 years of experience in leading design and software deliveryteams

Grown from the development ranks to Delivery (QA or other supportroles that don t involve handson coding are excused). Technicallydeft in Java/.Net DB (Any of but not limited to SQL Server CITUSMongoOracle)

Understand streaming Kafka (Or RabbitMQ/any other queuing/messaging technology) CI / CD and AutomationSelenium.

Handson experience working in Cloud environments likeAWS/Azure/GCP

Awareness to basic concepts of data warehousing and AI/ML is must.Awareness to RPA isplus

Excellent understanding and proven record of complex technology andbusiness solutions in a clientfacingenvironment.

Client relationship management experience and managing multipleclients/projects

Experience in corporate customer environment understand the powerof persuasion influencing and a highlevel understanding of businessprocesses related to various markets. Strong social skills writtenandverbal.

Experience with Agile/Scrum and Project Management methodology(certification Scrum Master PMP IPMA PRINCE2 is anadvantage).

A strong understanding of data profiling and data cleansingtechniques.

Experience of working with complex issues where analysis ofsituations or data requires an indepth evaluation of variablefactors.

Experience in running internal POCs from evaluation to successfulexit criteria. Exercises judgment in methods techniques andevaluation criteria for obtainingresults.

Expert level database data management data engineering or datamanagementskills.
