Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Head (MuleSoft) located in Hyderabad. As a Practice Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MuleSoft integration practice. This includes managing client relationships, leading a team of MuleSoft integration experts, ensuring project success, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with clients to understand their integration requirements, provide strategic guidance, and deliver innovative solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced practice head specializing in MuleSoft to lead our team of integration experts.

As the Practice Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the MuleSoft practice, driving growth, delivering exceptional solutions to clients, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our MuleSoft implementations.

You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our MuleSoft practice and will be instrumental in driving innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of MuleSoft professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster their growth and development.

Define the strategic vision and roadmap for the MuleSoft practice, aligning them with the overall business objectives and market trends.

Establish best practices, methodologies, and standards for MuleSoft development and integration projects.

Business Development:
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding our MuleSoft footprint within existing accounts.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning our MuleSoft offerings effectively in the market.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.

Project Delivery:


Oversee the successful delivery of MuleSoft projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex MuleSoft implementations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality delivery.

Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues, working closely with project managers and teams to resolve them effectively.


Thought Leadership:


Stay abreast of the latest MuleSoft developments, trends, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team and broader organization.

Contribute to the MuleSoft community through thought leadership activities, such as speaking engagements, blog posts, and participation in industry events.

Champion innovation within the MuleSoft practice, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.20 years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration, with 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions, including API-led connectivity, Anypoint Platform, and MuleSoft best practices.a proven track record of successfully leading MuleSoft projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and present ideas clearly and persuasively.

MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Architect) are preferred.
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
