Relationship Building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers. Listen attentively to their needs, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our educational offerings. Develop a customer-centric approach and establish trust and credibility with potential buyers.
Product Knowledge:
Learn and understand the fundamentals of the stock market, investment strategies, and our educational products. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively position and promote our offerings to potential customers.
Sales Administration:
Assist in managing the sales pipeline by updating customer information, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient coordination and communication throughout the sales process.Training and Development:
Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Seek feedback from senior sales executives and leverage their expertise to continuously improve your sales performance.
