Proposal Writer/Proposal Manager/Bid Manager/Bid Analyst (USA Federal/State/County)

Onsite / Hybrid – Hyderabad - USA EST / CST timings

Exp: 4-10 years

  • USA Federal/State/County and Commercial clients experience is must
  • Experience using variety of platforms such as Sam.Gov, GovWin, FedBizOpps, BidNet, Bid Sync, Bid Prime, FPDS, GSA, CIVCAST, and Central Biddings
  • Demonstrated successful Bid Management of large / medium size deals
  • Computer and IT Technical Writer preferred
  • Shipley training or certification preferred
  • Project management training or certification preferred

As a Proposal Writer or Proposal Manager (RFP/RFQ/RFI)/ Bid Manager, the individual will review RFPs, develop proposals, and manage proposal development activities.

The Proposal Manager will be involved in bid no/go discussions, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, obtaining approval, and managing proposal-related deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing proposals by assembling project information, writing assignments, methods, staffing, budget, and evaluation
  • Writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and credentials
  • Assisting in developing pricing schedules
  • Determining proposal concept and responding to RFPs
  • Meeting proposal deadline, tracking data for multiple proposals
  • Coordinating with contributors and transmitting proposals
  • Gathering and communicating proposal information, maintaining quality results
  • Improving proposal-writing processes, approach, and standards
  • Attend strategy meetings and provide updates to management
  • Lead debrief assessment meetings, manage external resources, and contribute to organization libraries
  • Create compliance matrices to ensure proposal compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple efforts, work independently, and create technical content specific to contract needs
  • Excellent written communication, coordination, and presentation skills
