We are seeking an experienced TSM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing relationships with key customers, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and prioritize key customers and build strong relationships with them
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in sales and account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
