Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced technical support for TSM, Spectrum Protect, and Arcserve environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to backup and recovery, storage management, and data protection.
- Perform proactive monitoring and optimization to ensure the stability and performance of backup systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement backup and recovery strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and security compliance activities.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in backup and recovery technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
