Provide reactive/proactive Designated Technical Support to top-tiercustomers.Provide configuration review, troubleshooting, and best practices tonamed customers.
Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked,resolved, and follow-ups are done in a timely manner and reported viaService desk and Customer.
Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technicaldocumentation in the Knowledge Base.
Gather and retain customer-specific documentation in a securelocation for ease of troubleshooting.
Review of technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, etc, and improvement PlansAct on Incidents reported by our network management tools.
Act on Incidents reported by the customer (via our service desk)Proactively test & upgrade software on various devicesAnalyse capacity management reports & propose improvements.
Prepare and execute Change requests.Remotely Configure new devicesInteract with multiple teams (Helpdesk, Customer, Servicedelivery Managers)Communicate & raise incidents to 3the party (vendors / telecomproviders)Propose improvement plans (technical & human activity)Proactively seek guidance from peers and seniors where required.
Team presentations on your activitiesPropose improvements for our network management tools /Configuration.Analyse reporting before used by Service Delivery ManagerThe scope of products/vendors covers –Primary

Cisco and Meraki Wireless, CiscoISE, DNACCore Skills Minimum 9 years of working relevant experience. Masters/Graduate degree holder Security patches and Major upgrades Be the Lead for Cisco ACI-related activities. 8 to 12 years of experience in network operations, with a focus onCisco ACI and Switching technologies. In-depth knowledge of ACI fabric management, including APIC, fabricdiscovery, and software updates. Experience in troubleshooting traffic flows, routing, and L3 policieswithin an ACI environment. Strong understanding of micro-segmentation, multi-pod setups, andmulti-site configurations. Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures for networkinfrastructure. Proficient in documenting network configurations, changes, andincident resolutions. Hands-on experience in upgrading ACI components, including APICcontrollers and switches. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability towork independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams. Cisco ACI infrastructure management. Monitoring health and performance. Configuration and softwareupdates. Fault resolution and optimization. Hardware lifecycle management. Backup and recovery procedures.
Data protection and recovery plans. Documentation of networkinfrastructure. Troubleshooting and change documentation. Documentationaccessibility and relevance. Implementation of micro-segmentation. Configuration of User attributes. Design and application of filters,contracts, and policies. Fabric creation and policy configuration. North-south L3out connectivity. Provision and configuration of multi-pod environments. Dynamic tunnel establishment for communication.
Configuration of pod spine access policies. Cisco ACI multi-site configuration and global contracts. Effective English speaking & writing skills. Hands-on experience working in an ITIL-structured organisation dealingwith Incident / Change / Problem management.
Awareness ITIL V3 framework Documentation (MS Word) & drawing ( MS Visio ) updates Participating in Team & Customer meetings.
