You will engage bothproactively and reactively with the customer to address any technicalneeds. You will also provide escalation management for any technicalissues encountered with customers' enterprise deployment, resulting infaster time to value.

Manages the design, implementation, and ongoing management ofmainly Cisco environment, including LAN, WAN, and WirelessEnvironments. Coordinates with networking vendors to ensureappropriate platform integration and performance. Makesrecommendations to senior management on new technologies andproducts for enhancement of the network.
Leads and participates in the installation of Network systems andequipment for new facilities and expansions. Tests, debugs, andanalyses performance, and documents infrastructure components.
Develop network infrastructure installation procedures to ensuresuccessful integration of systems hardware/software. Developsand recommends technical strategies and solutions to maintainand/or expand service levels.
Monitors and analyses network and provides results on a regularbasis. Takes corrective action to improve data network.
Responds to emergency situations and can perform effectivelytroubleshooting during production outages.
Assist in guiding, training, instructing, and assisting others at peeror lower levels on technical issues and products.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience with various components of Cisco's ACI solutions,including APIC (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller), EndPoint Groups (EPG), Tenant, Bridge Domain (BD), VRF (VirtualRouting and Forwarding) and Infrastructure PolicyEffective English speaking & writing skills.

Hands-on experience working in an ITIL-structured organizationdealing with Incident / Change / Problem management.
