GLG is a top B2B platform that links professionals with expertise across various sectors. Our goal is to connect clients with the best subject-matter experts globally, empowering informed professional decisions.

The Network Development team excels at making valuable connections with industry leaders. They are on a mission to identify top professionals who can offer industry insights to our esteemed clients, including financial investment firms, professional services firms, and corporations.

As an Associate, your day-to-day will involve diverse research objectives requiring critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. In this role, you will enhance your client relationship management skills, business acumen, time-management skills, professionalism, and communication skills. Collaboration is key in our workspace, where you will interact with colleagues from various GLG teams in a supportive and idea-sharing environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Communicating GLG's mission and business model effectively to industry professionals and engaging Network Members.
  • Expanding the GLG Networks by recruiting key opinion leaders strategically, using various channels such as recruiting campaigns, industry lists, referrals, and more.
  • Conducting interviews with potential industry leaders and entering critical data into GLG's profile systems.
  • Collaborating with Managers to address clients' research needs and deliver timely research for clients by analyzing inquiries and identifying suitable experts.
  • Supporting client-facing colleagues by understanding clients' research goals and best practices in engaging industry experts.
  • Building expertise in GLG's core industry coverage to enhance service quality and staying updated on industry trends relevant to recruitment and client service.
  • Contributing to projects related to expanding the GLG Network.
Requirements for the ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels in a business context
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Familiarity with European/Asian cultures and business practices
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in fast-paced environments
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Eagerness for rapid learning, particularly in a tech-enabled setting
  • Interest in recruitment, sales, or conversational skills, with a preference for experience in phone sales or outreach
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
