Work with senior leadership to drive the growth for the organisationDevelop and maintain strong strategic relationships with direct OEMsDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targetsClient facing role inclusive of both domestic as well as international clientsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customersStakeholder & team management

The Successful Applicant

A minimum of 10 years of experience in salesShould have prior experience of selling to automotive OEMsPrior experience of working in the international as well as domestic marketShould have worked close to industrials - foundry & castingsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients & internal stakeholdersFlexibility to travel, as neededOpen to relocating to Kolkata
