The Head Media Production will be responsible for overseeing the production of creative content, including videos, advertisements, digital media, and other marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative projects on time and within Lead the planning, development, and execution of creative projects from concept to completion.


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and other project documentation to guide the creative process.
  • Source and manage external vendors, including production companies, directors, photographers, and freelance talent, as needed.
  • Coordinate pre-production activities, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Oversee production shoots, ensuring that all creative elements are executed according to the project vision and timeline.
  • Manage post-production activities, including editing, sound design, visual effects, and color correction, to deliver final assets that meet quality standards.
  • Ensure that all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and approve creative deliverables, incorporating feedback as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative production, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, inspiring creativity and innovation among team members.
  • Responsible for Pre production & Post Masters's degree in film production, media studies, communications, or a related field.
2. years of experience in creative production, with a focus on video production, advertising, or digital media.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from concept to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, directing,
and editing.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard production software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative vision and problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
