Job Overview:

As the Media & Public Relations (PR) and Marketing Manager at MOLOG, you will be responsible for managing the company's public image, media relations, and marketing initiatives. This role involves crafting and disseminating press releases, managing media inquiries, building relationships with journalists and key influencers, enhancing the company's presence across various media platforms, and driving marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement a comprehensive media, PR, and marketing strategy that aligns with MOLOG's business goals.

-Write, edit, and distribute press releases, pitches, and other media materials to promote MOLOG's products and services.

-Monitor media coverage and analyze marketing data to report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and marketing strategies.

-Organize press conferences, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and drive sales.

-Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing materials and strategies that effectively promote products or services.

-Handle crisis communication and provide guidance on potential public relations issues.

-Stay updated on industry trends and adjust marketing and PR strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

-Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Proven track record of managing media relations, securing media coverage, and executing successful marketing campaigns.

-Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis communication effectively.

-Excellent organizational and project management skills.
