About the Role:

We're looking for talented, ambitious SDRs who can manage high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification, while also navigating a very strategic revenue generation process.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new channel partners for Wyzard. We're building a team that will require a "winning" attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for Revenue Generation. As an SDR at Wyzard, you will have the opportunity to help shape processes and build pipelines to support the partnerships team and counterparts immediately. You will develop and implement targeted outbound revenue strategies, ensuring the generation and qualification of leads that align with our ideal customer profiles. Collaborating closely with AE's, AE Managers and marketing teams, you will manage and analyze the sales pipeline to identify trends, forecast accurately, and implement strategies that drive revenue growth. We are on a mission to hire young dynamic personalities and your leadership will foster a positive, collaborative work environment, motivating the team through effective communication, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements.

You will be the face and the first person our clients interact with, from our organization.

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas, passion for sales and sales processes, and understanding of sales

performance metrics.

  • Experience with CRM software, and other relevant sales tools.

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Resilient in the face of objections - a never give up attitude

Skills You Need:

  • Go-getter
  • B2B Sales Experience is a plus point
  • Experience in customer interfacing role for at least 1 year
  • High level of Ownership
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
  • Ability to work diligently on repetitive tasks while maintaining urgency and accuracy at the same time
  • A dynamic "hunter" personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential
  • Team-oriented with the ability to succeed in an ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment and a handful

of curiosity and passion.
