Job Title: Regional Sales Manager 3W Sales

JobDescription:

We are in search of a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with a solid background in 3W sales and channel management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the 3W industry, and a proven track record of managing sales teams and dealer networks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Expertise: Showcase at least 3 years of experience in 3W sales with a strong grasp of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate strategies and business plans to sales teams and dealers.
  • Team Management: Lead sales professionals and dealers across different territories to meet targets and objectives.
  • Service Background: Previous experience in automotive service operations is beneficial for handling customer service and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Target Orientation: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while focusing on performance metrics.
  • Policy Understanding: Stay informed about industry regulations and government policies to integrate into sales strategies.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans aligning with organizational goals.
  • Dealer Network Development: Expand the dealer network and maintain relationships for optimal market coverage.
  • Marketing Activities: Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive sales in the region.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build partnerships with government agencies, clients, brokers, and financiers for business growth.
  • Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance to enhance skills and performance of sales and dealer teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Experience Level: At least 12 years of experience in 3W/small commercial vehicle sales and channel management.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Area of Specialization:

  • Demonstrated experience in 3W/small commercial vehicle sales.
  • Proven track record in channel management across multiple states.
