Job Title: Sales Team Lead



Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To maintain and expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel.
  • Capable of managing a team of at least 7-8 members.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets of site visits and booking closures of team members through assigned/acquired CPs.
  • Develop and drive the channel sales team to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Regular review of CPs performance, qualitative factors, and process improvements.
  • Liaison and work closely with project site heads for site visits and booking confirmations.
  • Ensure product and price updates to channel partners.
  • Leverage CP contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches and launches.
  • Develop and foster relationships with key CPs within the micromarket.
  • Explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Inspire and be a role model for the team.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes.
  • Ensure penetration of technology platform among the CPs.
