About theRole We are seeking an exceptionalConsultant Care Specialist to join our team and play a vital rolein overseeing and executing the initiatives of this program. Thisfulltime position reports directly to the President of WorkforceSolutions. The primary accountabilities and responsibilities willinclude:
  • Establish and maintain regular communication withconsultants through bimonthly scheduled meetings ensuring theirconcerns and needs are addressed promptly.
  • Act as a single point of contact for consultantsproviding support and guidance when needed and addressing anyissues or doubts they may have.
  • Collaboratewith the USbased admin team to ensure timely dispatch of birthdaygreetings and gifts for consultants.
  • Plan andcoordinate annual appreciation events in cooperation with theUSbased admin and the President of Workforce Solutions.
  • Organize online events with the assistance of SolutionGroup Heads the President of Workforce Solutions and the CEO.
  • Liaise with Solution Group Heads tofacilitate connections between consultants seeking networkingopportunities.
  • Oversee the distribution ofanniversary gifts from the second work anniversary in coordinationwith the USbased admin.
  • Arrange for thedelivery of recognition gifts to consultants upon receiving clientaccolades as shared by account / delivery managers.
  • Create and publish consultant spotlight posts on LinkedInto highlight client accolades and recognize consultantachievements.
  • Conduct annual consultantsurveys to gather feedback understand their interests and assessthe success of the Consultant Care Program.
RequiredExperience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g.Human Resources Business Administration orCommunications)
  • Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in a customer service or client relations or consultantcare role
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build strongrelationships.
  • Outstanding organizational andtime management abilities
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite
  • Strong problemsolvingand decisionmaking skills
DesiredExperience/Qualifications:
  • Experience in the consulting or professionalservices industry.
  • Knowledge of employeeengagement and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)for professional networking and content creation
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Creativity and innovation indeveloping engaging initiatives and events.
