WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Are you prepared to shape the future of data analytics in a dynamic startup environment? We need a motivated and skilled individual to establish our central data analytics function. This role will report to the Head of our central Strategy and Innovation Prospecting.

  • Developing a comprehensive database of current and potential institutional customers and establishing a system for contacting 'Prospects' and tracking them. Leading reporting for the vertical.
  • New account acquisition & development
  • Overseeing sales pipeline and developing strategies to expand business in various verticals:
    • Government institutions like CSD, CPC
    • HORECA segments (especially schools included)
    • Travel and Travel retail
  • Managing key accounts
  • Creating and implementing account-specific sales plans and finalizing trade terms
  • Implementing cross-selling/upselling strategies, ensuring consistent orders and supply, and managing accounts receivables and debt collection effectively with the assistance of the accounting and finance team
  • Introducing new products
  • Developing and executing new product launch plans in alignment with the business strategy
  • Monitoring competition and new product launches to assess market impact of various players. Providing feedback on competitive activities to the marketing team and product insights to the R&D team

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • MBA qualification preferred
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving B2B sales outcomes
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in HORECA/B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a significant analytical focus
